Sampling & Developmenet

The manufacturing process starts only after the samples are approved by our clients. The sampling department and our In-House Pattern Master are highly skilled in producing samples accurately in accordance with the measurements given by our clients. Different types of patterns with correct measurements for even difficult styles are made easily by our pattern master.

Cutting

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the Fashion Fits. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines We have Manually Operated Power Knives, Straight knife fabric cutting machine, Servo assisted straight knife cutting machine, Round knife cutting machine, Band knife cutting machine, Fabric die cutting machine.

Stitching

We have modernized units having volume of 100 nos. imported sewing machines with all essential accessories with skilled workers which can produce any type of garments to the international standard. All two units are built with social good intension for the labours good health and fresh mind to under good atmosphere which enables to produce fine garment.

Checking

Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.

Ironing

We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tabels to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view.

Packing

Packing done in good export worthy carton packs to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination packing, randomly Barcode, Tag, Label will be checked for buyers specification and moved for Carton box Packing.
